Having obtained all the statutory consents and competitive tenders, work to carry out phase 1 of extensions and alterations to this rural home has now started. See more picture on the "ARCHITECT" page.
Caxton Football Club, Beccles
I have prepared a sketch scheme for a new clubhouse.
Grade 2 listed Old Rectory
Phases 2, 3 and 4 are all nearing completion, completely re-ordering this nine bedroom family home with an extension dining room and the west wing completely re-built. I have been completing the scheme with interior and landscape design work.
Quiet Waters Retreat, Bungay
This scheme involves adapting an existing static caravan to create all year round log cabin type accommodation for staff. Planning Permission was granted and construction is almost complete.
Freshwater, Isle of Wight
A domestic first floor extension is now completed, complementing a conservatory (in foreground) that I designed several years ago.
Whitton Baptist Church in Ipswich
Phase 1 is completed and the church is back in use. Phase 2 is now underway.
Rushmere Baptist Church Suffolk
The completed feasibility study for regenerating the existing buildings has encouraging preliminary, informal comments from the Planners.
Grade 2 listed St Pauls Church Barton, Newport Isle of Wight
The scheme of internal reordering with a complete new oak floor and wall panelling plus some electrical upgrading and fabric repairs was completed summer 2014. During a Sunday visit in early October 2015 it was lovely to see that all the work is settling down nicely. Having just completed a second quinquennial survey report, we are about to get on with a scheme to upgrade the heating.
